Visit to Huawei x HKPC ICT Talent Job Fair 2023 (15 Apr 2023)

The Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and Huawei Hong Kong (Huawei) jointly organised the "Huawei x HKPC ICT Talent Job Fair 2023" at the HKPC Building on 15 April. The event connected nearly 20 renowned international and local companies, providing opportunities for students to join the industry. There were dedicated recruitment booths to conduct one-on-one communication on the spot. There were also seminars, where HR consultants and industry experts shared their insights so participants can better plan their careers. ADS students were invited to attend the meaningful event.

Visit to Huawei Booth in InnoEX (14 Apr 2023)

The first InnoEX was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) from April 12th to April 15th, 2023. On 14-April, ADS students were invited to visit Huawei Booth. During the visit, Huawei engineers presented Huawei’s latest products and solutions to the ADS students.

Visit to Electric Tower VR Training Centre (27 Mar 2023)

The ADS Department organized a visit to the Electric Tower VR Training Centre for ADS Year 1 students. Students were able to learn more about how to use immersive VR equipment for safety training in Hong Kong Electric Company.

ADS Student Lab Visit (6 Dec 2022)

The ADS Year 1 class visited the laboratories, including Virtual Reality Laboratory, Big Data Laboratory, and Social Robotics & Digital Living Laboratory. They learned the latest technologies from the showcases in the laboratories.
