On September 20, 2025, members of the Applied Data Science Department Preparatory Committee of Hong Kong Shue Yan University, along with numerous participating students, participated in the Hong Kong Shue Yan University x Coze AI Workshop in classroom RLB502, 5/F, Low Block, Graduate School Complex. This workshop, co-organized by the Preparatory Committee and ByteDance's Coze AI Agent platform, aimed to provide students with a deep understanding of AI Agent and the Coze platform, enabling them to master various Coze functions and experience the empowering value of AI in learning, life, and the workplace.

At the beginning of the event, staff members guided students through registration in an orderly manner, and the atmosphere gradually heated up. Students expressed anticipation for the upcoming AI knowledge sharing and hands-on experience. After the warm-up session, the AI Agent and Coze platform introduction session began. The speaker first explained the basic concepts, operating principles, and common application scenarios of AI Agents in detail, helping students establish a foundational understanding. He then focused on the Kouzi platform, visually demonstrating the interface and core architecture of Coze and Cozei Space. He also illustrated how AI Agents empower students in multiple dimensions, using practical scenarios like writing daily study reports, creating course PPTs, and engaging with everyday design needs, allowing students to truly experience the practicality of AI tools.

The event then transitioned to a hands-on tutorial and hands-on experience of Coze's core features. The speaker presented instruction on each of Coze's six core functions: long-form article writing, graphic design, PPT creation, podcast production, web page generation, and Excel processing. The speaker first demonstrated Cozei Space's operational steps and techniques, such as how to quickly generate well-structured long articles, adjust the stylistic details of graphic designs, and efficiently create PPTs using templates. Students were then given time to personally experiment with the platform and create their own content. Staff provided on-site guidance and promptly answered any questions students might have, ensuring that every student was up to speed and mastered its functionality. After the hands-on experience, the event culminated in a judging and presentation session. Students submitted their designs, copywriting, or data analysis results, completed during the hands-on experience, for a competitive competition. A special bonus was offered: the top 20 submissions received exclusive gifts from Coze. This incentive boosted student participation, and students enthusiastically presented their work, drawing applause and constant discussion. Not only did the outstanding work receive recognition, but it also sparked interest in further exploring the application of AI tools.

The Hong Kong Shue Yan University x Coze AI Workshop concluded successfully, enabling students to gain a systematic understanding of the practical features of Coze Space and gain a deep understanding of the positive impact AI technology can have on learning and daily life. Many students expressed their willingness to share the knowledge and skills they learned and expressed their hope for more AI-themed practical activities in the future. The departmental committee will also review the experience gained from this event to lay the foundation for future high-quality academic and practical activities.

2025 年 9 月 20 日下午,香港樹仁大學應用數據科學系會籌備委員會成員,携手眾多參與同學,在研究院綜合大樓低座 5 樓 RLB502 教室,共同參與了由系會籌備委員會與字節跳動旗下 Coze AI Agent 平臺聯合主辦的香港樹仁大學 X 扣子 AI 工作坊。本次活動旨在讓同學們深入瞭解 AI Agent 與扣子平台,熟練掌握扣子空間各項功能,並體會 AI 在學習、生活與職場中的賦能價值。

活動伊始,工作人員有序引導同學們完成登記,現場氛圍逐漸熱絡,同學們紛紛對即將開始的 AI 知識分享與操作體驗充滿期待。暖場結束後,進入 AI Agent 及扣子介紹環節。主講人先是詳細講解了 AI Agent 的基本概念、運作原理與常見應用場景,幫助同學們建立基礎認知;而後聚焦扣子平台,不僅直觀展示了扣子及扣子空間的界面與核心架構,更結合同學們的日常學習報告撰寫、課程 PPT 製作、生活中的設計需求等實際場景,生動闡述了 AI Agent 如何在多維度為學生賦能,讓同學們真切感受到 AI 工具的實用性。

接下來活動進入核心的扣子功能教學與上手體驗環節。主講人針對扣子的長文寫作、平面設計、PPT 製作、播客製作、網頁生成、Excel 處理六大核心功能,逐項開展教學,先由主講人現場演示扣子空間的操作步驟與技巧,比如如何用扣子快速生成結構完整的長文、如何調整平面設計的風格細節、如何利用模板高效製作 PPT 等;而後留出時間讓同學們親自上機體驗,根據自己的需求嘗試製作喜愛的內容,工作人員則在現場巡迴指導,及時解答同學們操作中遇到的問題,確保每一位同學都能跟上節奏、學會用法。

體驗環節結束後,評選展示環節將活動氣氛推向高潮。同學們紛紛提交自己在體驗階段完成的設計作品、文案內容或數據分析成果,參與 PK 評選。本次評選特別設置福利 —— 前 20 名提交作品的同學可獲得扣子專屬禮物。這一激勵機制讓同學們參與熱情高漲,大家積極展示成果,現場掌聲與交流聲不斷,不僅優秀作品得到認可,更激發了全體同學對 AI 工具應用的進一步探索興趣。

此次香港樹仁大學 X 扣子 AI 工作坊圓滿落幕,不僅讓同學們系統掌握了扣子空間的各項實用功能,更讓大家深刻意識到 AI 技術對學習與生活的積極改變。許多同學表示,會主動分享活動中學到的知識與技巧,並期待今後能有更多此類 AI 主題的實踐活動。系會籌備委員會也將總結本次活動經驗,為後續開展更多高質量的學術實踐活動奠定基礎。
