HKSYU應用數據科學系會籌備委員會舉辦「長期&短期論文工作坊：AI工具」活動
香港樹仁大學應用數據科學系會籌備委員會於2025年3月20日成功舉辦「長期&短期論文工作坊：AI工具」專題研討會。本次活動由該系會與校方HA Spencer部門聯合主辦，並獲得商業投資學會協辦支持，吸引31名學生踴躍參與。
活動由籌備委員會主席漏澤濤主講，圍繞學術研究與論文寫作展開深入探討。工作坊重點介紹了論文長期存儲的系統化管理方法，並創新性地展示了運用人工智能技術解讀論文並自動生成思維導圖的先進方法。同時，針對學術寫作中的重要規範，講者詳細闡述了APA格式的具體應用，並向與會者提供實用的作業模板。此外，活動還精選推介了多款免費AI工具，為學生提供了提升學術研究效率的實用解決方案。
為加強互動交流，主辦方特別設置了有獎問答環節，七名表現優異的同學獲得精美獎品。參與學生普遍反映，此次工作坊內容豐富實用，不僅有效幫助他們掌握了AI輔助學術研究的創新方法，更深入了解了論文規範與管理技巧。

The Preparatory Committee of the Society of Department of Applied Data Science Hosts "Long & Short Term Paper Workshop: AI Tools" Event
HONG KONG, March 20, 2025 - The Preparatory Committee of the Department of Applied Data Science at Hong Kong Shue Yan University organized a specialized workshop titled "Long-term & Short-term Paper Workshop: AI Tools." The event, jointly hosted with HA Spencer and strongly supported by the university's Business Investment Society, attracted 31 students who participated enthusiastically.
During the workshop, Committee Chairman Lau Chak-to began by introducing methods for organizing long-term paper storage. He then demonstrated how to use AI to comprehend academic papers and automatically generate mind maps. The workshop also provided detailed explanations of APA formatting for academic writing, with participants receiving practical APA assignment templates. Additionally, Chairman Lau introduced several free and effective AI tools designed to enhance efficiency in academic research and paper writing.
The interactive portion of the event featured a quiz with prizes, resulting in seven students receiving special awards. Participants expressed that the workshop was both content-rich and practical, helping them understand how to leverage AI tools to improve academic research efficiency while learning important techniques for paper formatting and long-term management.
The successful workshop provided valuable academic support and practical skills training for Applied Data Science students, contributing to the enhancement of their academic research capabilities and paper writing standards, while encouraging continued exploration and advancement in their academic journeys.
