The topic is Enhancing Customer Experience with XR Technologies.

Abstract: Customers today expect products and services to provide an interactive and personalised user experience. The emergence of XR (VR/AR/MR) technologies fuel and accelerate this demand. While many people are aware of the usage of XR technologies in customer relationship management, many are unsure of what they are or how they should be used appropriately. This seminar will discuss how these technologies can be used to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, it will address the prevalent factors influencing users’ acceptance of these XR applications.
