The ADS’s Annual Departmental Retreat was successfully conducted on 21st August 2025, serving as a valuable platform for faculty members to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and share expertise. We were honored to have senior management from the University in attendance, including Senior Vice President Prof. Catherine Sun, Academic Vice President Prof. Selina Chan, and Associate Academic Vice President for University Research Dr. Alex Li, who provided valuable insights to our colleagues.

As we embark on an exciting new chapter, the Department is pleased to welcome several distinguished new colleagues to our ADS family: Prof. KL Fan, Dr. Kelvin Wong, Dr. Luna Liu, Dr. Sherry Zhang, and Dr. Richard Niu.
