We are proud to announce that the Department of Applied Data Science at Hong Kong Shue Yan University is a co-organizer of the Huawei ICT Competition 2025. This year's competition includes two tracks: the Cloud Track and the Computing Track. We encourage all eligible students to participate in this prestigious event. 

The Huawei ICT Competition is an annual global contest for university students, themed "Connection, Glory, Future." In collaboration with governments, academia, and industry partners, it aims to cultivate ICT talent, support their career development, and foster a thriving digital ecosystem.  Students are required to leverage Huawei's AI platforms, Big Data, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Mobile Internet to identify real-world needs and design innovative solutions with commercial potential and complete technical architectures, or to complete AI training, inference, and intelligent agent development for industry-specific scenarios.
